In his role, Adam will work continuously to optimize how we service our clients. Both from the client and Nexus perspectives, Adam will seek and incorporate feedback to improve our service processes.
Throughout his time with the company so far, Adam has seamlessly integrated with the team. He’s found it very easy to gather insight from his coworkers.
“Everyone is extremely friendly and cooperative and helpful,” says Adam.
A self-described “dork,” Adam knows he works well on the team. He’s looking forward to learning more about his teammates and our clients and contributing to a company that gets better and better at what it does.
