This event began as a tournament for Squatters Craft Beers and Wasatch Brewery employees, but quickly grew to include the breweries’ favorite partners and vendors. 2017 marks the tenth year of the tourney, which will be held at Park City Municipal Course on September 15th.
Each year, the organizers select a charity to receive the funds raised from the prize raffle, hole sponsorship, and a portion of the green fees. This year, the chosen organization will be the Speedy Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to prevent suicide, promote conversations to end stigma, and to support mental health education.
“We always have a lot of fun, a lot of craft beer, and plan to raise a lot of money for a very worthy cause,” says Lauren Boyack, Marketing Manager for Squatters and Wasatch.
